Bruce Friedman
Bruce graduated from the University of Buffalo (1972). After working in Public Accounting, Bruce decided to do turnaround and consultancy work on his own through the 1970's and 1980's.
Bruce sees his primary responsibility analyzing a Business Plan and all of the component parts to see if the Plan can be achieved, and then facilitate its execution, from a financial and operational viewpoint. This includes: working capital analysis; cash management; inventory management; credit exposure; overhead analysis; legal aspects; contractor compliance; government compliance; insurance exposures; facilities management, etc. Bruce is often asked to review or negotiate contracts, acquisitions and License Agreements. He also enjoys searching for suitable acquisition candidates and negotiating the terms of the transaction.
